These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the Everydaymoney Budgeting App ("App") provided by Everydaymoney ("Everydaymoney," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the App, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the App.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Central Bank of Nigeria. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nigeria.
Modification of the Terms
Everydaymoney reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes to these Terms via the App or through other communication channels. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms

Security

Your bank account information will be encrypted using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology when it is transmitted over our Services. Additionally, we only allow employees, employers, agents, contractors, and other third parties who have a business need to know access to your personal information. Only in accordance with our directions will they handle your personal information. When we are legallyobligated to do so, we will notify you and any relevant regulator of a breach and will have procedures in place to deal with any suspected personal data breach. Your Everydaymoney account login details or other Everydaymoney account security information may be used to send us instructions. we will consider that you have authorized the instructions. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use ofyour Everydaymoney account or any other breach of security. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse to provide our Services, terminate Everydaymoney accounts, and to remove or edit content. We may retain your Personal Information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including to meet any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements, subject to applicable law, which may occasionally require us to store your Personal Information for a specific period of time.
